St. Mary's Villa Residence, part of St. Mary's Villa Campus, is located in Elmhurst, PA and just minutes from downtown Scranton. With the addition of this beautiful facility in 1999, St. Mary's Villa Residence provides its residents the opportunity to "age in place" with its continuum of care services.

St. Mary's Villa Residence is a Catholic, non-profit assisted living facility open to persons of all faiths, races and cultures. It was designed to promote independence and wellness of residents, as well as to encourage socialization among neighbors. Residents can enjoy a safe, beautiful home with an experienced and compassionate staff available to assist 24 hours a day. St. Mary's Villa Residence is designed to be elder friendly and is equipped with a fire and emergency response system.

Each of the apartments are uniquely furnished including customized window treatments, carpeting and tiled bathrooms. Residents are welcome and encouraged to decorate their home with their own personal furnishings and personal touches. But, for those who prefer, furnishings are provided. All rooms also include individual heating/air conditioning units to control the temperature of their room. To ensure resident safety all rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.

• Semi-Private - designed so that each resident has their own privacy with separate bedrooms and a common living room and bathroom. (460 sq. ft)
• Private Room - private bedroom and bathroom (235 sq. ft)
• Private Deluxe - studio style spacious accommodation. Residents can have a separate sitting and living area, bedroom and bathroom (335 sq. ft.)
• Private Suite - Two room suite, residents enjoy a separate living room, bedroom and bathroom (460 sq.ft.)
